The Vacancy
The CRM Assistant role plays an important role in assisting the day to day running of our marketing activities. Focusing on enhancing our customer journey and communicating key messages through Email, SMS, Notifications, and on our Website/App. You’ll work closely with the trading teams, creating innovative and engaging content, that directs traffic to site and drive sales for each of our brands.
What you will do
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to keep up to date with the latest innovations, trends, messaging and creative from our top competitors. Ensure our own campaigns also adhere to our best practice guidelines.
- Create segmented customer lists and schedule communications for all brands.
- Support the development of an A/B testing plan and provide insights and recommendations to the trading team based on results.
- Create engaging push notifications to drive customer retention, in line with daily trading messages.
- Manage our customer blocklist, investigating permission, preference and communication queries referred by the Customer Services team.
- Work with CRM and data teams to grow analysis skills and customer knowledge, aiming to help run weekly and daily reports. Utilise these skills to dive into performance across territories and brands to identify how well campaigns are performing for each site.
- Support the roll out of automated customer journeys for email, web and app.
- Occasionally supporting our design team with email builds, targeting queries and personalisation in our ESP.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects assigned to the CRM team.

- Experience using an Email Service Provider or CRM system (desired but not essential).
- Basic knowledge of html and Email Service Provider (desired but not essential)
- Basic photoshop skills preferable.
