McNeill Hotelware is a leading supplier to the hospitality and catering industry across Northern Ireland. Established in 1975, we supply everything from crockery, glassware and barware through to cleaning chemicals, janitorial supplies, food packaging, catering equipment and more. We require a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This role is focused on developing new business opportunities while also managing and growing an established customer base. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organised and taking ownership of their own territory.
What the role involves:
- Managing and growing an established sales territory
- Generating new business through prospecting and account development
- Visiting customers across hospitality sectors including hotels, bars, restaurants, cafes and catering businesses
- Building quotations and identifying opportunities for upselling
- Following up quotations and maintaining regular customer contact
- Using our CRM system to manage accounts, follow ups and opportunities
- Working closely with the office team regarding orders, stock issues and customer requirements
- Representing the business in a professional and organised manner
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales role, preferably within the hospitality sector
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Self motivated and organised
- Comfortable managing your own workload and diary
- Someone who follows through and keeps on top of opportunities
- Confident speaking with customers face to face and over the phone
- Full UK driving licence required
