Role Summary and Purpose
Reporting to the MOS Team Manager the role of an Operations Insurance Technician is to provide administrative support to Arch Insurance. Working in a professional and efficient manner and in accordance with agreed Policy and Procedure guides and company Values. Work is to be completed to the highest quality and will be assessed regularly by the Quality Assurance Team. Working with colleagues in your team and surrounding teams to support with continuous improvement within the department and sharing best practice.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Process risk capture and provide accurate administrative support across the business.
- Complete initial and ongoing training to maintain quality and develop skills.
- Understand and meet team service-level agreements.
- Proactively obtain missing information and resolve outstanding queries.
- Act on feedback and coaching from managers, senior technicians, Quality assurance, and colleagues.
- Identify and suggest process improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Attend and contribute to team meetings.
- Manage multiple priorities accurately and respond promptly to ad hoc requests.
- Complete other relevant duties as required.

High computer literacy and able to demonstrate intermediate use of Microsoft office including Excel
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work.
Can demonstrate ability to work with resilience in a busy office environment and on one’s own initiative when required to work remotely to meet deadlines and SLA’s
Ability to take on new tasks quickly and use initiative
Demonstrates pride in delivering excellent, quality service and endeavours to exceed expectations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an eye for detail to ensure quality and requirements are met
