Job Description Role Title: Claims Handler Location: London – Hybrid (expectation of 3 days in the office with a core day on Monday) Department: Claims Term: Permanent Reports to: Craig Hanson / Abi Winter Date of version: 16/05/2025 Role Summary and Purpose Handle a variety of SME and Large Account D&O/FI/TRIP claims in both lead and follow capacities within a busy Financial Lines claims team. Key Tasks and Responsibilities Manage claims from initiation to resolution, including review, analysis, and interpretation of policy wordings. Attend market meetings to discuss coverage issues, strategy, and reserves. Maintain close relationships with TPAs, MGAs, and brokers. Conduct audits on TPAs and MGAs. Complete monthly reviews and spreadsheets for MI purposes.
