The responsibility of a Claims Handler at Arch Insurance Company (UK) Limited relates to all Healthcare claims generated by Arch managed syndicates and company platforms.

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Handle claims associated with Arch Insurance (UK) Ltd policies.
  • Provide technical leadership to the rest of the London market on lead files.
  • Responsible for the delivery of a high level claims service. This involves regular communication with claims management and underwriters.
  • Assist underwriters in the implementation of their overall underwriting strategy.
  • Represent Casualty claims at events and client/broker meetings.
  • Manage service providers involved in the claims function on a day to day basis.
  • Assist in aspects of coverage and potential recovery.
