About the Role

McNaughts Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers are recruiting additional administrator support for their busy team of surveyors. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a diverse role in administration within a professional and supportive environment. The role could also offer potential for development into Project Management and Quantity Surveying professional roles for someone seeking career progression in the construction and built environment sector, with further training and support provided.

Strong numeracy and English language skills essential; familiarity with Microsoft Office/365 platforms beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Checking documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Management of workflow through the office and departments
  • Ensuring company processes are followed correctly
  • Producing reports and documentation
  • Conducting grammatical and mathematical checks of draft documentation and reports
  • Assistance with contract preparation and distribution

Working Hours

Monday–Thursday: 8:45am–5:15pm
Friday: 8:45am–4:15pm (36.5 hours total)
