We’re working in collaboration to source a HubSpot Developer/Specialist to work on-site in Stockton-on-Tees.
The Role
You will take full ownership of our HubSpot CRM platform and lead delivery of Phase 1 of our Operational Intelligence Platform, a structured programme to build a data-driven reporting and performance infrastructure across the business. The right person will be a technically strong HubSpot specialist who is equally comfortable translating data into commercial insight, improving broken processes, and operating independently in a results-driven environment.
What You Will Be Doing Day to Day
- Taking full technical and operational ownership of HubSpot across the business
- Auditing, restructuring, and maintaining deal pipelines aligned to the full sales journey
- Building and optimising workflows and automation sequences across Sales Hub, Operations Hub, and Marketing Hub
- Developing and managing integrations with third-party platforms including telephony, document signing, and email tooling
- Leading delivery of OIP Phase 1 including the HubSpot pipeline hygiene sprint and data feeds into the Microsoft Fabric and Power BI architecture
- Building and maintaining HubSpot dashboards and reports covering sales performance, pipeline health, and activity metrics
- Applying the KPI Dictionary and Data Inventory Register to ensure consistent reporting logic across the business
- Driving remediation activity against the data quality backlog identified in the OIP Phase 0 programme
What We Are Looking For
- Demonstrable hands‑on experience owning and administering HubSpot CRM in a commercial environment
- Strong working knowledge of Sales Hub and Operations Hub including workflow and automation tooling
- Experience building and managing HubSpot integrations with third-party platforms via native connectors or API
- Proven ability to build dashboards, reports, and performance data structures within HubSpot
- Working knowledge of SQL or equivalent tools for querying and manipulating structured datasets
- Exposure to or experience working within a BI or data programme such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or Power BI
- Experience in a sales-led, KPI-driven commercial environment
- HubSpot certifications are desirable but not required
