Data Manager (Manufacturing experience with TROPOS or Epicor would be particularly valuable. Previous experience within manufacturing, food processing, FMCG or another complex production environment . A good understanding of how ERP data ultimately affects real-world production and supply‑chain operations. Experience designing and implementing data governance , ownership, approval and change‑control processes. The ability to investigate problems across multiple departments and systems rather than viewing the ERP in isolation. Strong process‑mapping and problem‑solving skills. Confidence working directly with production, operational, commercial and technical teams.
