At MCN, we take pride in delivering high-quality kitchen installations across West Central Scotland, working in partnership with over 35 housing associations. As a trusted name in social housing improvement projects, we’re expanding our team and looking for experienced Joiners / Kitchen Fitters who take pride in their craft and care about customer satisfaction.
The Role
As part of our professional installation team, you’ll be responsible for fitting kitchens and flooring in occupied domestic properties, ensuring each project is completed efficiently and to a high standard. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Installing one full kitchen per day (approx. 8 units per property)
- Fitting associated flooring and ensuring all joinery is completed to specification
- Working collaboratively with our on-site plumber, electrician, and labourer
- Maintaining a professional approach and delivering great service to tenants
