Love pubs, beer, food and creating marketing that gets people through the door? We're looking for a creative, organised and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to join our team and help bring our pub brands to life. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you'll play a key role in delivering exciting campaigns, supporting our pubs and promoting everything from seasonal food launches to award-winning heritage ales. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, loves hospitality and wants to build their marketing career in a fast-moving pub and brewing business. What You'll Be Doing
- Bringing Our Pub Brands to Life - you will be the brand guardian for your pubs!
- Support the delivery of marketing plans across our pub concepts and beer brands
- Help coordinate and lead campaigns, promotions and seasonal activity
- Work with pub teams to make sure marketing activity is executed brilliantly in site
- Creating Campaigns That Drive Visits & sales growth
- Help plan and deliver campaigns around key calendar events, food launches and beer occasions
- Coordinate marketing materials including POS, digital assets and promotional content
- Support social media activity across our brands
- Lead video shoots and content creation for your brands & campaigns
- Supporting the brewery & beer marketing
- Celebrate beer culture through engaging content and campaigns
- Work closely with the digital marketing exec to execute brand relevant digital and CRM activity
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Review marketing performance and analytics with the wider team
- Support communication of marketing activity to pub teams and Operations
- Attend site visits, meetings and openings where required
- Ensure all marketing materials are on brand and professionally presented
- Monitor competitor activity and hospitality trends
What We're Looking For
- 2 years marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, food & drink, retail or leisure
- A genuine interest in pubs, beer and hospitality culture
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Creative thinking with a hands-on approach
- Good influencing and communication skills
- Ability to lead and deliver projects on time, to a high standard
- Someone who enjoys working collaboratively and getting stuck in
- Driving license
