About the Role
We're looking for a commercially driven and guest-focused
Guest Experience & Sales Manager to help grow revenue, deliver exceptional guest experiences and develop lasting client relationships across our London estate.
This is a varied, hands-on role that combines sales, event management, guest experience and business development.
You'll be the central point of contact for large party bookings, private hire events, tour groups and corporate business, ensuring every enquiry is converted into an outstanding guest experience while identifying new opportunities to grow sales.
The role is primarily Monday to Friday, 45 hours a week, but the nature of the business will require some evenings and weekends.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Convert inbound enquiries into profitable bookings.
- Proactively generate new business through networking, corporate clients, hotels, tour operators, destination management companies (DMCs) and third-party partners.
- Develop new corporate and tour group accounts across London.
- Coordinate, plan and deliver large bookings and private events alongside General Managers.
- Act as the main point of contact for high-value and complex events.
- Handle guest enquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues before escalation.
- Support the delivery of key events when required.
- Ensure booking platforms, websites and venue listings are accurate and up to date.
- Monitor online reviews and support positive guest engagement.
- Track event profitability and booking trends.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality sales, events, guest experience or business development.
- A proven track record of converting enquiries into bookings and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- The confidence to work across multiple venues and build strong internal and external relationships.
- Timely online review responses.
- Social media engagement and marketing content consistency.
