About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven and guest-focused
Rooms Sales and Revenue Manager.
This is a key role responsible for maximising bedroom revenue, occupancy, guest satisfaction and overall profitability across our hotel group.
You'll combine expertise in revenue management, hotel sales, corporate account development, reservations systems and guest experience to deliver exceptional commercial performance.
The role also involves the strategic coordination of all online management systems, including Property Management Systems (PMS), Booking. com, Room Genie, Table Book Me, across the company's rooms estate.
This is predominantly a
Monday to Friday role (45 hours per week) , although some evening and weekend working will be required to support business needs.
- What You'll be Doing
- Maximise bedroom revenue, occupancy and profitability across the hotel group.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimise ADR, Rev PAR and occupancy.
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions and market trends.
- Produce occupancy forecasts and identify future commercial opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly commercial reports covering occupancy, ADR, Rev PAR, room revenue, booking performance, guest satisfaction and financial performance.
- Train hotel management teams on hotel systems and best practice.
- Manage and maintain all online booking and property management systems.
- Ensure room types, rates, availability, restrictions and promotions are accurate across all booking channels and websites.
- Support the Finance team with accurate hotel reporting and data reconciliation.
- Champion exceptional guest service standards across all hotels.
- Develop initiatives that encourage guest loyalty, repeat visits and referrals.
- Ensure online listings and booking platforms remain accurate and engaging.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in hotel sales, reservations, revenue management or hotel operations.
- A strong commercial focus with the ability to maximise revenue and occupancy.
- Proven success in developing corporate accounts and generating new business.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical ability with experience using hotel booking systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Confidence interpreting performance data and making commercial decisions.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across several sites.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
