Mc Mullen & Sons is seeking a Bar Team Leader to join our long-established family-run business where guests come first and quality is paramount.

You’ll be respected, trained and encouraged to grow in confidence within a supportive team.

Key responsibilities include delighting guests through exceptional service, coaching and guiding our team, and running shifts while supporting the Management team.

Prior supervisory experience is essential; full training will be provided through the Mc Mullen GROW
