About Us
We are a well-established golf and leisure facility featuring a 9-hole Par 3 golf course, a 9-hole pitch and putt course, and a covered driving range. We are seeking a motivated and reliable Greenkeeper to join our grounds maintenance team and help maintain our facilities to a high standard throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the playing surfaces of the Par 3 course, pitch and putt course, and practice areas.
- Carry out regular mowing of greens, tees, approaches, fairways, roughs, and surrounding areas.
- Assist with course setup, including changing holes, tee markers, and signage.
- Maintain bunkers, pathways, and landscaped areas.
- Operate and maintain a range of turf care machinery and equipment safely and effectively.
- Monitor turf health and assist with irrigation, fertiliser applications, aeration, and pest or disease control programmes.
- Carry out routine maintenance and basic servicing of equipment.
- Support improvement projects and seasonal renovation work.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in greenkeeping, grounds maintenance, landscaping, or a similar outdoor role is preferred.
- Knowledge of turf management and golf course maintenance would be advantageous.
- Ability to operate machinery safely and responsibly.
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
- PA1 & PA6 Certificate preferred.
Working Hours
This role will involve early morning starts and include weekend and bank holiday work on a rota basis to ensure the facility is maintained to a high standard.
