As a Bar & Waiting Supervisor you will delight our guests through exceptional service, coach and guide our team members, run shifts, and support the management team.
Prior experience in a supervisory role is essential. Full training will be provided via the Mc Mullen GROW Programme, in-house and at our Training & Development Centre in Hertford.
