Salary: £32,041 - £33,018 live out / £27,773 - £28,750 live in. Full time position with a bonus scheme available.
Responsibilities:
- Exceeding guest expectations daily
- Leading the team to deliver outstanding guest service
- Coaching and guiding new Team Members
- All aspects of cash and stock control
- Management duties including dealing with bookings/functions, rota planning, cellar management, and deputising in the Manager's absence
Qualifications:
- Previous experience at Assistant Manager level is essential
- Further training will be given through the McMullen GROW Programme
