We’re looking for a Chef to prepare and serve a classic British menu at Destination Inns, an important part of the McMullen Family. The role is based in Enfield and offers a competitive salary, bonus scheme, and opportunities for career development.

Location: Enfield

Compensation: £13.00 per hour, dependent on experience.

Hours: Full time / Part time.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and serving the menu to a high standard as per company specifications, ensuring guests return again and again.
  • Maintaining food hygiene and health & safety standards within the business and completing related company paperwork.
  • Receiving deliveries and ensuring correct storage of food.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working within a busy kitchen is essential. Further training and development will be provided in house and in our Development Kitchen in Hertford.
