Key Responsibilities of a Housekeeper:

  • Cleaning & laundering duties in all guest areas, bedrooms, bathrooms and back of house
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
  • Ensures housekeeping standards are followed
  • Responds timely to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items like, cots, extra towels, tea or coffee pods etc
  • Maintains inventory of necessary supplies in both the rooms and storage cupboard
  • Reports necessary maintenance items
