Responsibilities:
- Exceed guest expectations daily
- Lead the team to deliver outstanding service
- Coach and guide new team members
- Oversee all aspects of cash and stock control
- Perform management duties including dealing with bookings/functions, rota planning, cellar management, and deputising in the Manager's absence
Qualifications:
- Previous experience at Assistant Manager level is essential
- Additional training will be provided through the McMullen GROW Programme
