Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and serving the menu to a high standard as per company specification to ensure guests return again.
  • Maintaining food hygiene and health & safety standards within the business and completing the required paperwork.
  • Receiving deliveries and ensuring correct storage of food.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience of working within a busy kitchen is essential.
  • The right candidate will have a positive hands-on approach, good communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Further training and development will be given in-house and in our Development Kitchen in Hertford.

Location: Epping, Hertfordshire.
