A leading Global Law Firm is seeking an experienced PMO Manager to join its Change function. This role is central to managing a portfolio of strategic initiatives, ensuring strong governance, consistency, and delivery across the business.
Responsibilities
- Own and embed PMO standards, frameworks, and best practice
- Provide portfolio-level governance, reporting, and oversight
- Support project and programme leads with controls, documentation, and assurance
- Manage risks, dependencies, and financial tracking across the change portfolio
- Prepare updates and materials for senior stakeholders and steering committees
Essential Experience
- 7+ years experience in a PMO or portfolio management role
- Law firm experience is a MUST; applications without prior law firm experience will not be considered
- Strong understanding of project and change management methodologies
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders in a complex environment
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and delivery-oriented
