We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Site Manager to join a well-established Electrical Contractor based in Wigan, working on projects across the North West.

The company specialises in electrical installations for apartment and residential/commercial buildings, with projects ranging from 50 to 500 bedrooms. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Electrical Supervisor looking to progress into a Site Manager role, with genuine scope for further development towards Project Manager.

The Role

  • Managing electrical installations on residential/commercial apartment schemes
  • Overseeing site teams and subcontractors to ensure work is delivered on programme
  • Liaising with the wider project team, including clients and other trades
  • Ensuring works are completed safely, to a high standard, and in line with specification
  • Supporting with site documentation, progress reporting and quality control
  • Opportunity to develop into a Project Manager role with the right support and training

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor or Site Manager
  • Experience working on residential or commercial apartment schemes
  • Strong knowledge of electrical installation processes and site management
  • SMSTS and relevant electrical qualifications (18th Edition essential)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Full UK driving licence
