We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Project Manager to join a well-established Electrical Contractor based in Wigan, working on projects across the North West.
The company specialises in electrical installations for apartment and residential/commercial buildings, with projects ranging from 50 to 500 bedrooms. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of work.
The Role
- Managing the delivery of electrical installations on residential/commercial apartment schemes
- Overseeing site managers, supervisors and subcontractors across projects
- Programming, resourcing and cost control to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget
- Liaising with clients, main contractors and the wider project team
- Ensuring works are completed safely, to a high standard, and in line with specification
- Managing site documentation, progress reporting and quality control
- Supporting the development of site management teams below you
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager
- Experience working on residential or commercial apartment schemes
- Strong knowledge of electrical installation processes, programming and site management
- SMSTS and relevant electrical qualifications (18th Edition essential)
- Strong leadership, communication and commercial awareness
- Full UK driving licence
