We are currently seeking experienced Thermal Insulation Engineers to join a specialist contractor delivering mechanical insulation works on major commercial and industrial projects. This is a long-term opportunity offering excellent earning potential, consistent hours, and the chance to work with a well-established business on a strong pipeline of secured projects.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Installing thermal insulation to pipework, ductwork, vessels, and mechanical systems
- Measuring, cutting, and fitting insulation materials to specification
- Installing metal cladding and associated finishes where required
- Reading and interpreting drawings and site specifications
- Ensuring all works are completed to a high standard and in accordance with project requirements
- Working closely with site teams and other trades to ensure efficient project delivery
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
Skills and Qualifications Required
- Previous experience working as a Thermal Insulation Engineer or Industrial Insulator
- Valid TICA Card
- Experience installing thermal insulation on commercial and industrial projects
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality of workmanship
- Good understanding of health and safety requirements on construction sites
- Ability to work independently
