We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Plumber to join a growing mechanical contractor delivering projects across Manchester. The successful candidate will work on a variety of commercial and new-build construction projects including schools, office developments, apartment schemes, and other large-scale developments. This is a permanent opportunity offering long-term stability and the chance to work on a strong pipeline of secured projects.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Installing sanitaryware including basins, toilets, and associated plumbing systems
- Carrying out 1st and 2nd fix plumbing installations
- Installing hot and cold-water services
- Working from mechanical drawings and specifications
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with project requirements
- Working closely with site management and other trades on site
Skills and Qualifications Required
- Previous experience as a Commercial Plumber
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent
- Valid CSCS/JIB Card
- Experience working on commercial construction projects
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong understanding of health and safety requirements
