We are currently seeking experienced Pipefitters for a student accommodation project in Leeds City Centre. This is a contract opportunity offering 4 weeks of work, with immediate starts available. The successful candidates will be carrying out screwed steel pipework installations on a large-scale development.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Installing screwed steel pipework to a high standard
- Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and specifications
- Working efficiently as part of the mechanical installation team
- Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with site requirements
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship throughout the project
Skills and Qualifications Required
- Valid Gold CSCS Skill Card
- Proven experience installing screwed steel pipework
- Ability to work from technical drawings
- Previous experience on commercial or large-scale construction projects
- Strong understanding of health and safety requirements on site
