Role Overview We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Service Engineer to join a growing and well-established M&E and Facilities Management contractor.
This is a permanent opportunity working across a variety of commercial sites throughout the Midlands, delivering planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance on HVAC and air conditioning systems.

- Roles and Responsibilities
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance on HVAC and air conditioning systems
- Servicing and maintaining commercial split, VRV, and VRF systems
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs to HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Maintaining chillers, air handling units, ventilation systems, and associated plant
- Completing installation, commissioning, and modification works where required
- Ensuring all compliance documentation is completed in line with F-Gas regulations and industry standards
- Maintaining high health and safety standards across all sites
- Participating in an out-of-hours call-out rota when required Skills and Qualifications Required
- Proven experience servicing and maintaining commercial HVAC and air conditioning systems
- Current F-Gas Certification
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience working on split systems, VRV/VRF systems, chillers, and AHUs
- Experience with installation and commissioning of HVAC systems would be advantageous
- C&G or NVQ qualification in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or a related discipline preferred
- Electrical qualifications would be advantageous
- Experience using CAFM systems and electronic reporting tools
- Full UK Driving Licence What's On Offer
- £42,500 - £43,000 basic salary depending on experience
