The Role

You'll take responsibility for the successful delivery of civil engineering and infrastructure projects from pre-construction through to completion.

Working closely with commercial, engineering and operational teams, you'll ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects through their full lifecycle.
  • Lead Site Managers, Engineers and delivery teams.
  • Develop and manage programmes and project resources.
  • Monitor budgets, costs and commercial performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
  • Drive project performance, programme delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Report project progress to senior management.
