The Role
As Project Manager, you'll take responsibility for the safe, timely and profitable delivery of multiple civil engineering schemes, working closely with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
- Managing projects from pre-construction through to final handover.
- Leading site teams to deliver projects safely, on programme and within budget.
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
- Managing project programmes, commercial performance and risk.
- Ensuring quality, environmental and health & safety standards are maintained.
- Producing progress reports and attending client meetings.
- Driving a positive culture across your project teams.
We're looking for candidates with
- Proven experience delivering civil engineering projects for a main contractor.
- Experience on Environment Agency frameworks is highly desirable.
- Candidates with experience across water, flood defence, river engineering, wastewater, clean water, AMP frameworks or other environmental infrastructure projects are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A good understanding of NEC contracts.
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
