We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to support a major office refurbishment project in Leeds city centre, with further projects to follow across Leeds. This is a permanent opportunity offering the chance to lead the electrical package on a high-profile commercial development while becoming part of a contractor with a strong and growing presence in the region.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Managing the electrical package from pre-construction through to completion and handover
  • Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
  • Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget
  • Overseeing electrical installations including power, lighting, containment, fire alarms, and associated systems
  • Managing procurement, labour requirements, and project resources
  • Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues as they arise
  • Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and quality standards
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and site teams

Skills and Qualifications Required:

  • Strong electrical background within commercial construction projects
  • Proven experience managing large-scale projects as an Electrical Project Manager or M&E Project Manager
  • Experience delivering office refurbishment projects would be advantageous
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
