Site Manager – Commercial Fit Out – Athlone, Ireland – 8-12 Week Contract
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a commercial fit-out project in Athlone.
Working with a well-established fit-out contractor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
This is an initial 8-12 week contract with the potential for further projects upon successful completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing all site activities from commencement through to handover
- Coordinating subcontractors and site labour
- Monitoring programme and ensuring key milestones are achieved
- Maintaining health & safety standards across site
- Carrying out quality inspections and snagging reviews
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors and the wider project team
- Managing site records, progress reports and daily activities
- Ensuring works are completed to specification and programme requirements
Requirements
- Previous experience managing commercial fit-out projects
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- SMSTS, Safe Pass or equivalent site management qualifications
- Valid CSCS/Safe Pass Card
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within programme
