We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Class 2 HGV Drayman to join our team working out of a well-known brewery in Devises. Experience preferred although not essential. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the delivery of goods, ensuring that products are transported safely and efficiently. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and adherence to safety regulations while operating a Dray vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Operate a Class 2 HGV Dray vehicle for the transportation of goods to various locations.
  • Working as part of a 2 man crew delivering to pubs.
  • Conduct pre-journey vehicle checks to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Load and unload goods safely, ensuring proper handling techniques are utilised.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork related to deliveries and vehicle maintenance.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the vehicle at all times.

Qualifications

  • Valid Class 2 HGV driving licence with a clean driving record.
