An exciting new role has recently become available! We are looking for an experienced Insolvency professional to join our growing business and be a key member of our team as we continue our growth. The role would suit an experienced Insolvency Manager or Assistant Manager looking for their next step.
With a portfolio of complex cases, you will report to the Insolvency Practitioner and take the lead on a portfolio of cases. Key responsibilities include though are not limited to the following:
- You will be responsible for managing a team of up to 4 staff.
- You will attend meetings with directors to advise on the right solutions for their financial distress.
- You will liaise with directors both pre and post appointment.
- Monitor job progress and costs, ensuring that work is delegated and that cases are progressed efficiently.
- Identify risks and draw them to the attention of the Insolvency Practitioner.
- Provide training to your team and ensure compliance is up to date.
- Assist with the firm’s marketing activities.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years corporate insolvency experience, with a track record of managing cases and teams.
- An insolvency qualification would be advantageous but not a requisite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Ability to work well under pressure with excellent time management skills.
- Drive and ambition to succeed within a boutique insolvency firm.
