Key Responsibilities
- Executive
Transportation: Provide safe, efficient, and comfortable transportation for the CEO to and from the office, meetings, corporate events, airports, and personal engagements.
- Family Logistics & Support: Safely transport the CEO’s family members.
- Vehicle Care & Maintenance: Look after the primary executive vehicle and any assigned family vehicles; schedule routine maintenance, inspections, fueling, and detailing.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding all conversations, schedules, and family dynamics.
- Assistance & Porterage: Assist with loading and unloading luggage, groceries, school bags, or packages; coordinate with the CEO’s Executive Assistant regarding shifting schedules.
