McLaughlin and Harvey is seeking a Framework Manager to drive the strategic management, performance and growth of its public sector framework portfolio. Based in our Mallusk Office, you will coordinate between pre-construction, operations and commercial teams to ensure compliant frameworks and grow client relationships.
You will lead framework submissions, monitor KPIs and support audits while identifying opportunities for direct awards, early contractor involvement and targeted business.
