K Rouse Civil Engineers Ltd is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team for upcoming civils and highways projects. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery by overseeing all aspects of the project from initiation to completion, working closely with stakeholders to define objectives, create schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize organisational skills to effectively plan and execute project tasks.
  • Monitor and report job costings.
  • Employ SAS and other project management software to track project performance.
  • Collaborate with teams to effectively communicate project goals and progress.
  • Apply knowledge of health and safety and apply methodologies to drive project success.
  • Utilize tools such as Project and SharePoint for efficient project management.
  • Lead project meetings, provide status updates, and resolve any project-related issues.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
  • Previous experience working with project management software is highly desirable.
