WorkSpace is a specialist division of McLaughlin & Harvey, bringing together the legacy of an industry leader and the ingenuity of a niche team.

We are experts in construction, interior fit-out and facilities management. We deliver projects across all sectors – from high-end car showrooms and office fit-out schemes to fast-track retail build projects – often in live environments.

Responsibilities

What you will be doing

The successful candidate will be working primarily on Self-Service Transformation Programme (SSTP). As a result, this will be a predominantly desk-based position.

  • Overall management of the NatWest ATM replacement programme – Acting as the point of contact for the External PM and for the client
  • Overseeing all aspects of the programme from pre-construction, surveying, design, programming, and construction works
  • Managing PMs covering operational works in Royal Bank of Scotland, NatWest and Ulster Bank
  • Overseeing McL&H SSTP team – admin, designers, H&S, PMs, SMs to ensure responsibilities are carried out in line with client requirements
  • Attending weekly meetings, both internally and externally
  • Dealing with incident management on live installs
  • Producing programmes for each quarter – aligning this with nominated suppliers and McL&H subcontractors
  • Management of nominated tier 2 suppliers
