Responsibilities
- The Document Controller shall be responsible for daily information management on live projects using our Electronic Document Management System (Viewpoint for Projects) to include:
- The set-up of new Projects on Viewpoint for Projects.
- Agreement and production of project File Naming Conventions.
- Creation and management of system workflows.
- Onboarding external Consultants and Subcontractors
- Transferring files between internal and external systems (e.g. Viewpoint for Projects to Aconex, Asite, Business Collaborator CEMAR etc.).
- Dealing with queries from all internal and external project users in a professional manner.
- Completing daily Quality Assurance reviews.
- Assisting with audits and generating reports.
- Ad hoc duties as required.

- Ability to prioritise workload, work under pressure and deliver to strict timescales.
- Digitally savvy with strong I.T skills
Qualifications
- Scottish Highers, A levels or equivalent.
Experience
- Work with Document Management Systems.
- Competency with the full MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Construction industry experience would be desirable but not essential.
- Use of Viewpoint for Projects would be desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
Employment is conditional to successful achievement of baseline personal security standard (BPSS).
