McLaughlin & Harvey is seeking a Framework Manager to lead the strategic management, performance and growth of our public sector framework portfolio. You will ensure compliant frameworks, drive pipeline opportunities and strengthen client relationships, reporting to the Framework Director from our Mallusk Office.
Lead framework mobilisation, governance, and collaboration across pre-construction, operations and commercial teams while developing strong relationships with providers and authorities.
