What you will be doing:
As an experienced helpdesk Administrator you will have a wide and varied remit making full use of your experience and skills. You will bring experience to the role along with a proven track record of managing a high volume of tasks on a day to day basis. The role will be to support our current contracts and assist with growing volumes in the team. As Senior Administrator you will also be responsible for the following:
- Work closely with Project/Contract/Facilities Managers to develop and enhance the quality of service and reporting processes.
- Data entry, retrieval and database/portal maintenance.
- Creating and managing documents, site files, spreadsheets and presentations.
- Provide timely updates to contract teams and report delays as a matter of urgency.
- Provide a friendly and professional point of contact for customers for any queries or concerns.
- Liaise with wider team members to ensure the best resolution, consistent with the contract.
- Completing administration tasks that relate to the contract, including assigning contract colleagues and sub-contractors to service requirement tasks, general admin etc.
- Liaise with relevant Contract staff and subcontractors in relation to all aspects of contract requirements, onboarding, training, compliance, O&M manuals and that required information is returned in a timely manner.
- Raising PO’s in line with agreed contract requirements.
- Handle incoming calls and manage outgoing calls as required while supporting with team meetings.
- Supporting on monitoring of CAFM (JobLogic) data to ensure that Helpdesk work orders have been accurately created, assigned, prioritised and categorised in line with contractual KPI's and SLA's.

- Relevant demonstrable experience in previous or similar roles.
- Strong proven experience with Microsoft Office packages.
- Friendly approach and enjoys working within a team.
- Possess the ability to plan your own work, work on your own initiative and meet deadlines.
- Confident communicating skills with colleagues, senior members of management and 3rd party providers.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills.
Desirable:
- Experience of working in a Construction environment.
- Proven track record of dealing with high levels of administration per day.
