We are seeking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join our Finance team based in Belfast.
Responsibilities The Accounts Administrator will primarily work in conjunction with Senior Accountants to process weekly expense runs, manage the purchase ledger for ROI based payments, liaise with staff to ensure the timely and accurate submission of salary allocation sheets and performing a variety of other tasks to assist in the smooth running of the Finance department.

Responsibilities will include: Managing weekly expense run Managing ROI purchase ledger Opening new contracts on our accounting and subcontract management software Processing credit applications Recording petty cash and selected credit card transactions Managing salary costing allocations Costing certain large invoices Assisting purchase ledger function if/when required Opening and distributing post Covering switchboard when required Any other finance administrative task as required Experience Experience of working in a similar sector preferable but not essential Competent in Excel, Word and other computer packages Attention to detail What’s in it for you?
