What you will be doing:
- Operating a busy reception - greeting guests, organising meeting rooms and drinks
- Communicating and liaising with colleagues, senior members of management and external contacts
- Supporting the office manager in managing and organising meeting rooms within the office including organising drinks and lunches etc.
- Ensuring the correct sign in / sign out procedures are adhered to
- Undertake general office duties including ordering stationary, ensuring office is presentable for staff and externals.
- Administrative support to all functions
- General Postal Duties/Photocopying/binding
- Support site teams with the setting up admin requirements.
- Attend meetings and produce minutes when required.
Experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant demonstrable experience in previous or similar roles.
- The ability to plan your own work, work on your own initiative and meet deadlines
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
- Proactive, passionate and driven
- Friendly approach and enjoys working within a team
