We are seeking a Sales Support Administrator to enhance our team and drive success across our high value projects.
This role will fall under our Rocklyn Engineering division, a specialist division of McLaughlin & Harvey, bringing together the legacy of an industry leader and the ingenuity of a niche team. Rocklyn creates a range of unique air supported structures, fixed fabric buildings and various other shelters working throughout the UK & Ireland, using vision, creativity, ability, and a wealth of experience.
What you will be doing:
- Create and issue sales reports.
- Update and manage spreadsheets.
- Work to set deadlines.
- Provide assistance with planning and arranging meetings.
- Draft, format, and print relevant documents from sales harvesting portals.
- Co-ordinate and assist all Sales and Commercial Personnel.
- Manage and organise all relevant paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
- Create and maintain filing and other office systems.
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and correspondence including e-mail, letters, and packages.
- Build relationships and liaise with other departments and with external contacts.
What We’re Looking For:
- Relevant demonstrable experience in a previous or similar role.
- Prior experience in a busy sales team.
- Previous experience in a construction environment.
