What to expect:
As a graduate, you’ll be at the heart of the project, gaining invaluable hands‑on experience for you to thrive in an evolving industry. During the programme you will have the opportunity to:
- Prepare, negotiate and analyse costs for tenders and contracts
- Ensure sub‑contractors are pre‑qualified in accordance with management systems
- Procuring of Sub‑Contractors and prepare Sub‑Contractor order documentation
- Assess and certify Sub‑Contractor interim payments and issue appropriate Payment / Pay‑less notices
- Assist on a range of legal and contractual issues
- Prepare Interim Valuations and Final Accounts
- Manage and value Variations
- Produce monthly Cost Value Reconciliation on contracts
Who we’re looking for:
- Final year bachelor’s or HNC/HND students in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
- Forward thinkers with strong numeracy and analytical skills
- Team players with drive, curiosity, and a passion for the built environment
- Eligibility to work in the UK or Ireland
- Hold a full UK driving licence
