Assisting Group Cashier with the administration of ad hoc payment requests (donations, social value initiatives, pro forma materials purchases); Supporting new supplier onboarding and ongoing monitoring; Assisting the Purchase Ledger department; Assisting with invoicing clients and credit control activities; Any other financial administration duties as required.
Skills required:
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
- Capable of processing data accurately and prioritising workload to fit department needs.
- Competent IT skills, in particular with Microsoft Excel and use of spreadsheets.
This is an excellent opportunity to build hands-on experience across a broad range of finance tasks within a supportive finance team. Whilst this post is ideally suited to someone with HNC in Accounting, all relevant experience will be considered.
