What you will be doing
- Lead the preparation, writing, editing and submission of PQQs, ITTs, and post-tender presentations for frameworks and projects in the civil engineering sector
- Manage and coordinate tender response content, ensuring accuracy, compliance and consistency
- Work alongside the Estimating and Technical teams to develop win strategies and key messaging
- Manage content libraries (case studies, CVs, standard responses) and ensure they’re regularly updated
- Conduct tender debrief analysis to inform future bid improvements
- Support marketing and brand alignment across tender documents and presentation
- Attend internal review meetings to ensure submission quality and alignment with deadlines
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Strong prior experience in writing winning bids in construction or civils or site engineering experience
- Proven ability to manage complex submissions from concept to delivery
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong time management
Desirable
- Degree-qualified in a Construction-related discipline, English, Communications, or Marketing
- Familiarity with Adobe InDesign or other creative software
- Experience working in a hybrid/remote bid team environment
