As a Sub Assembly Technician within the production area, reporting to the Team Leader/Group Leader at McLaren Automotive, you will take on a role in ensuring the seamless and efficient operation within one of our Process areas, ensuring your build process is delivered to a high standard.

What You'll Do

  • Your primary responsibility will be to ensure all health and safety guidelines are adhered to.
  • The build process (PES) is followed to build a supercar to the desired standard.
  • Escalate any build issues to your leader within takt.

Your contributions will be instrumental in achieving our ambitious goals as a company.

  • Understanding of processes/work instructions to deliver a consistent process.
  • Understanding of workplace safety risk assessments and their meaning.
  • Ability to make sound and logical decisions.
