You will be responsible for testing and validating software download and EOL processes for our products and rapid resolution of issues in the plant. Collaboration with our partners and ensuring on-time delivery of activities will be key aspects of the role.
What You'll Do
- Support the implementation and test of the software download system.
- Establish and refine software download and EOL test processes for pre-series builds and volume production, ensuring repeatability and adherence to requirements.
- Identify issues in the build process and develop contingency plans to mitigate them both for prototype and series builds.
- Collaborate with and challenge our contract manufacturer to implement and optimize the processes in a volume manufacturing environment.
- Additional line on diagnostic work/systems works during the build phase (launch support).
- Feedback issues captured into issue management and escalated as necessary.
