Coordinate engineering activity across MSO programmes, ensuring timely, on‑scope delivery. Own product structure, engineering records, test planning and supplier delivery while supporting cross‑functional stakeholders with clear, actionable information.
What You'll Do
- Plan, track and report engineering deliverables, milestones and programme risks.
- Lead Engineering Release activities and maintain MSO-responsible BoMs.
- Create, coordinate and manage engineering test plans (DVP) and capture results.
- Record concerns, drive root cause analysis and manage resolution of issues raised during build or in the field.
- Work with the supply chain to secure on time delivery of components and technical data.
- Maintain design guides, technical specifications and test specifications; support DFMEA and related activities.
- Provide technical input to support Design Engineers.
- Chair engineering meetings, produce clear action focused minutes and ensure decisions are implemented.
- Support Product Data Management processes and ensure accurate BOMs and engineering records.
What You'll Bring
- Degree in Mechanical, Automotive or related engineering discipline.
- Experience in motorsport or OEM vehicle programmes, ideally low volume/high performance.
- Understanding of engineering release processes, configuration management and BOM control.
- Experience with DVPs, DFMEAs and engineering test plans an advantage.
- Practical knowledge of CAD deliverables and ability to review/check models and drawings.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross functionally.
- Organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
