Overview
We are recruiting for a Graduate to join our People & Culture team at the McLaren Technology Centre in Woking, Surrey. As a People & Culture Graduate, you will gain hands-on experience across key areas of Human Resources, supporting initiatives that enhance our employee experience and help shape the future of McLaren’s dynamic, high-performance workplace.
Programme
This is a two-year rotational programme (4 x 6-month placements) designed to accelerate your development and understanding of McLaren’s people strategy, employee lifecycle, and organisational culture, equipping you to contribute meaningfully to our future workforce and operations.
